CNC Milling

Our Precision 3-Axis Milling technologies have capabilities of 16" up to 50" and a table size of 16" x 20," 18" x 30," 30" x 50." CNC machining is a core competency and a leading technology used in the manufacturing of precision machined components. Projects ranging from one-off prototypes to medium-level production volumes benefit from this technology, and customer targets are met by using the latest technological processes, tooling, and equipment.

CNC Lathe

Our Precision 7-Axis Turning machine has capabilities of 1/8 up to 12" diameter. It uses precision Swiss type and Standard type state of the art NC controlled equipment. Additionally, it has a spindle through diameter capacity from 1/8" up to 2 1/2" and swing sizes of over 12" so a wide range of part sizes and materials can be accommodated. It also has an integrated feed system that allows volumes of over 10,000 to be achieved, allowing for a "lights out" operation. We also keep a variety of specialized tooling for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals in house, and all components go through process controls.

Wire & Tube Forming and Cold Heading

Our state of the art 3D wire & tube forming machine can produce any variety of shapes, sizes and designs for a wide variety of applications.

Cold heading is the solution for precision complex components produced at remarkably high speeds and with incredible accuracy and repeatability. This component is available in 3 Die 3 Blow, 2 Die 3 Blow, 2 Die 2 Blow, 1 Die 2 Blow with capabilities of 0.125" to 0.625" diameter cut-off. We're a trusted source for high volumes of cold formed components. Other processes, like thread rolling, roll forming, knurling, and other post machining operations are manufactured on site.
